摘要 铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas areuginas,PA)属于条件致病菌,最常引起呼吸道感染,其次有泌尿系统、皮肤、软组织感染,还可引起菌血症等。PA的显著特点是可分泌绿脓菌素,它是需氧的、引起医院化脓性感染的主要病原体之一,属于革兰阴性杆菌,普遍存在于大自然中。
