摘要
目的探究帕金森病(PD)患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、氧化应激与周围神经病变的相关性。方法随机选择自2015年8月至2016年12月在本院因PD就诊的患者40例作为观察组,选取同期健康成年人40例作为对照组。分别测定两组血清Hcy及其代谢产物,体内氧化、抗氧化因子含量,胫神经传导速度、波幅、潜伏期等情况,并分析其中血清Hcy代谢、氧化应激与周围神经病变是否存在相关性。结果观察组血清Hcy、氧化、抗氧化因子含量、传导速度、波幅、潜伏期与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经相关性分析发现,Hcy水平、氧化应激程度与周围神经病变存在相关性。结论 PD患者血清Hcy水平、氧化应激程度与周围神经病变存在相关性,可以为PD的治疗提供新途径。
Objective To anzlyze the relationship between serum homocysteine ( Hcy ) , oxidative stress and peripheral neuropathy in Parkinson's disease ( PD ) patients. Method Forty PD patients in our hospital from August 2015 to December 2016 were randomly selected as ohservation group, forty healthy people were chosen as control group.Two groups were separately measured serum Hcy and its metabolites, oxidation and anti-oxidation factor levels, tibial nerve conduction velocity, amplitude, the incubation period. And analyze the correlation between peripheral neuropathy and serum cysteine metabolism, oxidative stress. Results The observed group serum Hcy, oxidation, antioxidant factor content, conduction velocity, wave amplitude, incubation period compared to control group. The difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion There is a correlation between the serum Hcy level of PD and the degree of oxidative stress with peripheral neuropathy, which can provide new approaches for the treatment of PD.
