目前市场出现多种公共汽电车客流采集技术设备,技术参差不齐和应用无规范约束导致数据有效性不高,所以需规范约束技术和应用的要求。主要研究了公交自动客流采集技术应用场景需求,列出了设备需具备的功能集合,构建了采集数据质量评价指标体系,给出主要指标的含义和计算方法,同时也提出了配套的客流采集数据质量测试要求和方法,最后以实例上海18路客流设备进行测试和评价。该规范能够提升公交企业的运营效率和服务质量,提升行业的整体服务水平。

At present, there are many kinds of transit Automatic Passenger Counter （APC） equipment, and the technology is uneven and the application of nonstandard constraints that leads to the low efficiency of data. Therefore, we need to standardize the technology and application requirements to promote dynamic transit automatic passenger collection technology. This paper mainly studies the application scene demand of APC technology, lists the function sets that the equipment should have, constructs the data quality evaluation Index system, and gives the meaning and calculation method of the main indexes, and also put forward the test requirement and method of the quality of APC. Finally this article takes the example to test and evaluate the result of APC equipment on Shanghai 18 bus line. The research of this standard can improve the operation efficiency and service quality of public transport enterprises, and improve the whole service level of the transit field.
