为实现高速公路的科学管理、养护、决策,将高速公路基础设施的结构健康检测数据、使用性能数据、交通视频监控数据等汇聚到一个云平台上,构建基于云平台的高速公路健康监测与运营管理系统。实现了交通基础设施数据的数据字典标准化、健康状况分析、养护决策应用及运行监视展示。系统能为高速公路基础设施运行安全提供保障,对于提高高速公路基础设施的健康监测以及高速公路运营管理具有意义。

In order to realize scientific management, conservation and decision-making of expressway, structural health monitoring data of the highway infrastructure, performance data and traffic video monitoring data are gathered to a cloud platform to build a cloud-based highway health monitoring and operation management system. The data dictionary standardization, health analysis, application in maintenance decision making and operation monitoring display of traffic infrastructure data are realized. The system can provide the guarantee for the operation safety of highway infrastructure, and is of great significance for improving the health monitoring of highway infrastructure and the operation management of expressway.
