摘要
Buck三电平变换器具有减小输出电压纹波、降低开关管电压应力等优点,考虑将该变换器应用到强磁场中心的水冷磁体电源中,可大大优化电源性能。介绍了Buck三电平变换器的工作原理,对其进行参数设计和控制方法分析,并搭建了Matlab/Simulink仿真模型,比较原方案和新方案的运行情况。仿真结果显示新方案显著减小了输出电压纹波。
As the voltage stress of switches and the ripple of output voltage can be reduced effectively, the application of buck three-level converter would optimize the circuit design in power supply for water-cooled magnet. The operation of buck three-level converter are analyzed as well as parameter design and control method, and the Matlab/Simulink models are structured mainly based on the two circuit schemes, which validate the theoretic analysis results that the new scheme reduce the output ripple more significantly.
