摘要
报告1例小阴唇疣状黄瘤。患者女,58岁。外阴肿物4年余。患者4余年前偶然发现右侧小阴唇肿物,缓慢增大,无不适,未予治疗。患者既往有外阴慢性瘙痒史10余年,外院诊断为外阴白斑。皮肤科检查:两侧大阴唇苔藓样增厚,右侧小阴唇一枚粉色增生性肿物,表面呈颗粒状增生。皮损组织病理检查:表皮乳头瘤样增生,真皮乳头可见丰富的泡沫细胞聚集。诊断:疣状黄瘤。予手术完整切除皮损。
A case of verruciform xanthoma on the labia minora is reported. A 58-year-old female presented with a tumor on the right side of labia minora for about 4 years. 4 years ago the patient discovered a lesion on the right side of her labia minora, and it was growing gradually without symptoms. She had a history of chronic vulvar itching for more than 10 years and was diagnosed as leukoplakia vulvae. Histopathological examination showed epidermal papillomatous hyperplasia and a large number of foam cells in the dermal papillae. The diagnosis was made as verruciform xanthoma, The tumor was completely resected.
