阴茎汗管瘤

A case of penile syringoma

报告1例阴茎汗管瘤。患者男,25岁。阴茎部散在丘疹1年余,无自觉症状。皮肤科检查:阴茎散在数个直径2~4 mm肤色及淡褐色丘疹,部分融合成斑块。皮损组织病理检查:真皮内可见多数呈逗号或蝌蚪状导管。诊断:汗管瘤。

A case of penile syringoma is reported. A 25-year-old man presented with a 1-year history of numerous asymptomatic papules on the penis. Physical examination showed numerous skin-colored and light brown papules sized 2-4 mm in diameter on the penile. Some papules coalesced into plaques. Histopathological examination revealed multiple comma or tadpole-shaped ductal structures in the dermis. Based on the pathologic findings, a diagnosis of syringoma was made.
