摘要
介绍了医院通过完善药事管理结构、实施药物应用全程监管、落实责任、明确职责等多种措施并行，提升临床用药合理性。认为信息化手段对临床用药合理性起到了预警关口前移的作用，而多环节、多部门、多措施的协调运用，促进了用药合理性，保障了患者医疗安全。
The hospital improved its rationality of medication by means of better pharmaceutical management, full-course supervision of drug use, and clarified responsibility system. It holds that informationization means can play an early warning role for the rational medication, while orchestrated work of section, departments and measured can improve the rationality and ensure patient safety.
