摘要
采用单因素及正交试验方法研究了高压水化条件下溶出温度、粒度、搅拌强度以及石灰添加量对高钛铝土矿中Al_2O_3及TiO_2溶出率的影响。结果表明,影响氧化铝溶出率的因素从大到小依次为温度、石灰添加量、搅拌强度、粒度。在下述最佳溶出条件下,Al_2O_3和TiO_2实际溶出率分别为86.52%和5.708%:粒度0.045~0.074 mm、石灰添加量8%、溶出温度290℃、搅拌速度8r/min、溶出时间45min。
Effects of digestion temperature,particle size,stirring strength,and lime dosage on dissolution rate of Al_2O_3 and TiO_2 of high titanium bauxite in high pressure hydrochemical process were investigated by single factor terst and orthogonal test respectively.The results show that the factors influencing dissolution rate of alumina are in turn of temperature,lime dosage,stirring intensity,and particle size.Dissolution rate of Al_2O_3 and TiO_2 is 86.52% and 5.708% respectively under the optimum dissolution conditions including particle size of 0.045~0.074 mm,lime dosage of 8%,digestion temperature of 290℃,stirring speed of 8 r/min,and digestion duration of 45 min.
