摘要
目的探讨急性髓性白血病患儿血清中犬尿氨酸和miR-335的表达及其临床意义。方法筛选出急性髓性白血病患儿85例,其中初发26例、缓解29例、复发30例。同期选择体检健康者30例儿童为对照组。酶联免疫吸附法(Elisa)检测研究对象血清中犬尿氨酸和miR-335水平,并进行对比分析。结果与对照组比较,急性髓性白血病患儿血清犬尿氨酸和miR-335水平明显升高。急性髓性白血病初发和复发组患儿血清中犬尿氨酸和miR-335水平明显高于缓解组,急性髓性白血病初发与复发组患儿间的血清中犬尿氨酸和miR-335水平差异无统计学意义。血清犬尿氨酸和miR-335水平与急性髓性白血病患儿的年龄、性别、骨髓中白血病细胞比例及FAB分型无明显相关性。结论急性髓性白血病患儿血清中犬尿氨酸和miR-335水平明显升高,与该病的发生、发展密切相关。
Objective To investigate serum levels of kynurenine and miR-335 in acute myeloid leukemia and clinical significance. Methods 85 cases with acute myeloid leukemia were selected, of which included 26 cases of initial treatment group ,29 cases of remission group ,and 30 cases of recurrent group. 30 healthy cases was choose as the control group. Elisa meth- od was empolyed to detect serum levels of kynurenine and miR-335. Results Serum levels of kynurenine and miR-335 were ob- viously higher than those of the control group. Serum levels of kynurenine and miR-335 were no significant correlation with age, sex, proportion of bone marrow leukemia cells, and FAB types. Serum levels of kynurenine and miR-335 of patients in initial treat- ment group and recurrent group were obviously than those of remission group. There was no statistical significance for serum levels of kynurenine and miR-335 of patients between initial treatment group and recurrent group. Conclusion Serum levels of kynurenine and miR-335 of patients with acute myeloid leukemia remarkably increased, and is closely related with occurrence and development.
