超声弹性成像技术及二维超声对乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移鉴别诊断价值 被引量:41

摘要 目的对比分析超声弹性成像技术与二维超声对乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移的鉴定价值。方法选取乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结患者98例。应用超声弹性成像技术及二维超声检测腋窝淋巴结的情况。观察淋巴结的转移率、形态和硬度。结果应用超声弹性成像技术及二维超声技术观察淋巴结转移情况:淋巴结转移率比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。淋巴结形态对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。淋巴结的硬度对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声弹性成像技术及二维超声对乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移确实具有更高的诊断价值。 Objective To compare the value of ultrasound elastography and two-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer. Methods 98 breast cancer patients with axillary lymph node metastasis were selected. Ultrasound elastography and two-dimensional uhrasonography were used to detect axillary lymph nodes. The lymph node metastasis rate,shape and hardness were observed. Results The lymph node metastasis was observed by uhrasonic elastography and two-dimensional ultrasound. The lymph node metastasis rate was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The morphology of lymph nodes was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). The hardness of lymph nodes was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Ultrasound elastography and two-dimensional ultrasound are of higher diagnostic value for axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer.
