摘要
依据红外热成像技术及摩擦生热原理,设计按摩鞋舒适性和功能性测试方法,通过受试者穿着按摩颗粒大小、软硬、排布参数不同的按摩鞋行走过程中的足底体验,对按摩鞋的舒适性和功能性进行主观评价。通过对受试者穿着不同按摩颗粒参数的按摩鞋后足底的热量结合、压力分布情况进行测试,对受试者的主观评价进行验证,为按摩鞋的优化设计与开发,提供参考。
Comfort and functional testing methods of massage sandals were designed according to infrared thermal imaging technology and the friction heating theory. Subjective evaluation of the comfort and function of massage sandals was obtained by quantification the subjects feeling when they wearing massage shoes with different sizes, hardness and assignment massage particles. The subjective evaluation was verified by analyzing the plantar heat after subjects wearing different massage particle parameters shoes and the plantar pressure distribution. It provides a reference for the optimization design and development of massage shoes.
