摘要 让闸门自振频率尽可能地远离流域水流的高能脉动主频率段是保证其平稳安全运行的必要条件。通过SolidWorks软件对弧形闸门进行三维建模,考虑流固耦合作用对闸门振动特性的影响,借助ANSYS软件对闸门进行模态分析。对一弧形钢闸门分析的结果表明:水体与闸门的流固耦合作用对闸门的模态频率有显著影响,自振频率随着两者接触面积的增大而降低。因而在分析处于流体中工作的结构振动问题时,为保证结构运行安全,应当考虑流固耦合作用的影响。 To ensure the safe and steady operation of gate, it' s necessary to keep the natural frequency of gate as far away as possible from the main frequency scope of high-energy pulse of water flow. A 3D model of a radial gate is created by using SolidWorks, and the natural frequency and modal characteristics of gate are calculated by using ANSYS, where the fluid- structure interaction effect had been taken into consideration. The result shows that the fluid-structure interaction effect has a significant influence on modal frequencies of gate structure and the natural frequency of gate will decrease with the increasing of contact area between gate and fluid. Therefore, when analyzing the vibration characteristics of structures working in fluid, the fluid-structure interaction effect should be taken into consideration in order to ensure the safe operation of the structure.
