Prediction and Prevention of Geological Hazards in Reservoir Influence Area of Xiluodu Hydropower Station

溪洛渡水电站库周是地灾多发地区,项目业主中国长法三峡集团公司和地方政府在水库蓄水初期开展群测群防工作,取得了一定的成效。为此,描述了溪洛渡水电站水库影响区群测群防工作的历史背景,决策过程,介绍了群测群防工作时限、工作范围、工作方案、人员配置、责任分工及费用来源等内容,总结了工作实施取得的成效,并针对水库影响区(地质灾害预测预防)群防群测工作提出了建议。

The area around tile reservoir of Xiluodu Hydropower Station is a disaster-prone area. To prew＇nt geological disasters, China Three Gorges Corporation and local governments have carried out mass monitoring and preventing of geologicaldisasters in the early stage of reservoir impoundnlent, and achieved some successes. Tile historical background of mass monitoring and preventing and the proeess of decisinn-making are introduced, and the schedule, scope, staffing anti fund source of mass monitoring and preventing are also introduced herein. According to the experiences of mass moniloring and preventing of geological disasters in Xiluodu Hydropower Station, stone suggestions on mass monitoring and preventing of geological disasters in reservoir influence area are put forward.
