紫外光固化超低折射率光纤涂料的研究

摘要 光纤激光器中所用的光纤涂料在折射率、耐热性能等方面有很高的要求,目前这种涂料主要依赖进口。本文以含氟二元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、单官能含氟丙烯酸酯单体、自制双官能含氟丙烯酸酯单体、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)等为原料,制得超低折射率紫外光固化光纤涂料。通过改变各原料的配比,设计了不同配方的涂料,并考察了各配方涂料的黏度、折射率、机械性能、玻璃化转变温度等性能。结果表明:制备的涂料具有超低折射率、合适的黏度、良好的机械性能和耐热性能,符合光纤激光器对光纤涂料的使用要求。 For the fiber coatings used in fiber lasers, the requirements are quite strict with the performances such as refractive index and heat resistance. Currently, this kind of fiber coatings mainly relies on import. In this paper, UV-cured fiber coatings with ultra-low refrac- tive index are prepared by using fluoride diols, IPDI, monofunctional fluorinated acrylate, self -prepared difunctional fluoride acrylate and HEA etc. By changing the ratio of raw materials, different formulas are designed and their performances including viscosity, refractive index, mechanical properties and T are investigated. The results show that the prepared coating ex- hibits ultra-low refractive index, proper viscosity, favorable mechanical properties and heat resistance, which can meet the operating requirements of fiber lasers.
