取向与方略:台湾师资培育制度变革研究——以2012年台湾《师资培育白皮书——发扬师道、百年树人》为蓝本

摘要 台湾师资培育(1)制度已走过百年历史,经历草创期、师范体系建构期、多元培育期,进而迈入精进再造期,其源自日据时期殖民教育政策、沿用大陆法制,但历经数次变革已然建立具有本域特色的师资培育制度,期待采取"标准本位"师资培育取向,建构多元的师资培育模式,采用标准的师资培育规范,提升觉醒的师资专业知能,从"师资职前培育"、"师资导入辅导"、"教师专业发展"及"师资培育支持体系"4大面向,拟定9项发展策略与28个行动方案,以期建构"专业标准本位"与"师资培用一体"的师资培育体系。 With a century-long history, the teacher education system in Taiwan has undergone various stages such as the starting phase, the phase of normal education system construction, the phase of multiple training models, and the refinement and enhancement phase. The teacher training system in Taiwan originates from the colonial educational policy in the Japan-ruled period and from the mainland legal system, but several changes have been made to establish the teacher training system with local features. As is expected, no efforts should be spared to a- dopt the standard-based orientation, construct diversified teachers' training modes, and capitalize on standard training norms so as to promote the awakening of teachers' professional knowledge. Moreover, in terms of such four aspects as teachers' pre-service training, teachers' guidance and counseling, teachers' professional development, and the teacher training support system, 9 developmental tactics and 28 action plans have been mapped out to con- struct the teacher education system based on professional standards and integrating training with practice.
