Research on Servov Screw Motor Based on Halbach Structure

摘要 构建Halbach结构、常规结构电机有限元模型,对比、分析两种结构的性能参数;构建基于Halbach结构不同极弧系数下的电机有限元模型,针对电机波形展开傅里叶分析,总结Halbach电机转子装配工艺流程、方法。对比样机试验结果与仿真模型计算结果,验证设计合理性。 The finile element motor model of Halbach struelnre and conventional structure is constructed,the performance parameters of the two kinds of structures were compared and analyzed. The finite element model of motor was ennstruc- led based on Halbaeh structure with different pole arc coefficients and Fourier analysis to motor waveform. Summary of Hal- bach motor rotor assembly princess and methods was finished. The test resuhs and simulation results are co,npared to verify the rationality of the design.
