摘要
改善机组运行经济性可提高机组相对竞争力,在新形势电力环境中处于优势,提高蒸汽参数是增加机组热经济性的一个重要途径。在亚临界机组蒸汽参数提升条件下,对3台高压加热器和4台低压加热器的换热能力进行计算分析,将现有加热器换热能力与原设计值进行对比分析,在充分发挥其换热能力基础上,对回热抽汽参数进行优化设计,合理分配各段抽汽参数。通过回热系统抽汽参数优化工作,对3台高压加热器和4台低压加热器的进汽流量进行合理分配,避免了4台加热器的更换,减少了其中4台加热器的更换费用,取得了明显的节能效果和经济效益。
Improving the economy of the unit operation of steam turbine can increase relative competitiveness of the unit, making the unit possess advantage in the new electric power environment, and improving the steam parameters is an important way to increase the thermal efficiency of the unit. In the premise of raising subcritical unit's steam parameters, this paper analyzed three high-pressure heaters and four low-pressure heaters, compared the ability of existing heat exchangers and the original design value, optimized the regenerative steam parameters on the basis of the giving full play to heat capacity of it, and gave the extraction steam parameters reasonably. Through steam extraction optimization of the regenerative system of steam parameters, the inlet flow of three high-pressure heaters and four low- pressure heaters were allocated reasonably, which avoided replacement of four heaters, reduced the cost of replacing four heaters, and acquired obvious energy-saving effect and economic benefits.
