摘要
本文针对结构物滚装装船过程,对各个步骤利用鱼刺图进行了风险识别,结合实践对识别出的典型风险利用LEC法进行评价,根据评价结果制定了一系列的风险控制措施,对海洋石油工程等大型结构物的装船具有一定的理论与实践意义。
The risk of each step of roll-roll loading process is identified by using fishbone diagram. Then the identified typical risks are evaluated by combining LEC method with the loading practice. According to the evaluation results, a series of risk control measures are developed, which have a certain theoretical and practical significance for the loading of large-size structures involving offshore oil engineering.
