摘要
项目管理与招投标及合同签订之间关系十分紧密,项目管理既确定着招投标工作的范围,也确定着各项工作的可行性。项目管理中,合同管理处于核心地位,起着关键作用。项目管理同时还有利于招投标工作的决策,减少合同执行方面的风险因素。
The project management has a very close connection with the bidding and contract control. The project management determines the scope of work for the bidding invitation and submission as well as the feasibility of the above work. The contract control serves as a core and plays a key role in the project management. The project management contributes to not only the decision-making of the bidding, but also the decrease of contract performance risks.
