山东地区2259例捐精人群的TORCH感染情况分析

Analysis of TORCH infection in 2259 cases of sperm dornors in Shandong

目的 统计分析2259例捐精志愿者的TORCH病原体感染检测结果,通过不同年龄组和季度阳性率差异的比较,分析山东地区该人群的感染情况,为捐精招募工作提供更多的理论支持.方法 对2014年1月至2016年12月在山东大学附属生殖医院人类精子库捐精的2259例志愿者的 TORCH 检查结果进行回顾性分析,统计分析化学发光免疫分析法检测的TORCH免疫球蛋白抗体 IgM 结果.结果 山东地区捐精人群 TORCH 感染以 HSV、RV为主,合并感染率较低.捐精人群TORCH感染率年龄、季节差异没有统计学意义.结论 山东地区人类精子库捐精招募工作应重视TORCH感染筛查,工作计划应囊括各年龄段,贯穿全年,做好辅助生殖工作的强大后盾.

Objective Statistic analyze 2 259 TORCH infection tests of sperm donors and compare positive rate difference of dif-ferent age groups and quarters,then we explore the overall infection of Shandong province in order to provide more theoretical sup-port to donor recruitment work.Methods Retrospective analyze.Collecting 2 259 TORCH infection tests of sperm dornors from January 2014 to December 2016 in reproductive hospital human sperm bank affiliated to Shandong university （SDUIVF in short）, statistic analyze IgM results of TORCH infection tests using chemiluminescence immunoassay.Results TORCH infection of semen dornors is given priority to with HSV,RV in Shandong district.Concurrent infection rate is low.There is no significant difference of positive rate difference in both different age groups and quarters.Conclusion Donor recruitment should attach more importance to the TORCH infection screening in Shandong district.Work plan should include all ages,throughout the year,in order to do a good job to assisted reproduction.
