直肠腔内超声结合多排螺旋CT在进展期直肠癌术前分期中的诊断价值 被引量:9

Diagnostic value of ERUS combined with MDCT in preoperative staging of advanced rectal cancer

摘要 目的 探讨直肠腔内超(ERUS)结合多排螺旋CT(MDCT)对进展期直肠癌术前分期的诊断价值.方法 对42例直肠癌患者术前行均ERUS和MDCT 检查,作出术前 TN分期,并与手术后病理分期作比较.结果 T 分期,ERUS准确率为76.20%,MDCT准确率为69.05%,ERUS结合MDCT准确率为88.10%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).N分期,ERUS准确率为64.29%,MDCT准确率为59.52%,ERUS结合 MDCT 准确率为73.81%,比较差异有统计学意义(P〈 0.05).结论ERUS结合MDCT能提高直肠癌术前分期的准确性. Objective To investigate the diagnosistic value of endorectal ultrasonography(ERUS)combined with Multidetector-row computed tomography(MDCT)in preoperative staging for advanced rectal cancer.Methods Forty-two patients with rectal cancer were staged by ERUS and MDCT,compared with postoperative pathologic staging.Results For T staging,the accuracy of ERUS was 76.19%,the accuracy of MDCT was69.05%,the accuracy of ERUS combined with MDCT was 88.10% (P〈0.05).For N staging,the accuracy of ERUS was 64.29%,the accuracy of MDCT was59.52 %,the accuracy of ERUS combined with MDCT was73.81 % (P〈0.05).Conclusion ERUS combined with MDCT is reliable for preoperative staging of rectal cancer with excel-lent accuracy rates for preoperative TN-staging of rectal cancer.
