中药热奄包配合中医定向透药对腰椎间盘突出症的效果观察

The effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot I package combined withorientation of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion

目的 观察中药热奄包联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果.方法 选择上海市中医医院骨伤科在2015年1~12月收治的腰椎间盘突出症的患者120例为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同将患者分为观察组和对照组.对照组只运用中医定向透药仪器常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,辅以中药热奄包的治疗措施;比较两组患者疗效及疼痛程度.结果 与对照组相比较,观察组患者VAS评分下降程度更为显著,疼痛缓解的程度较明显（P〈0.05）.结论 运用腰椎间盘突出症中医定向透药仪器治疗的基础上,辅以中药热奄包的护理措施可以更有效的缓解患者的疼痛,有利于患者的康复.

Objective To observe the effect ofthe traditional Chinese medicine hot I package combined withorientation of tradi-tional Chinese medicine and medicine instruments in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion Methods Choose Shanghai hospital of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics in January 2015 to December 2015 were analyzed in 120 cases of patients with lumbar disc prolapse as the research object,according to different patients divided into treatment group and control group.The con-trol group only with orientation of traditional Chinese medicine and medicine instrument routine therapy,observation group in the control group,on the basis of complementary medicine hot I package treatment;Compare two groups of patients with curative effect and the degree of pain.Results Compared with control group and observation group patients degree of VAS score decreased more significantly,the degree of pain relief is obvious （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The orientation of traditional Chinese medicine through use of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion medicine instrument on the basis of the treatment,supplemented by traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）hot I package nursing measures can effectively relieve patients′pain,beneficial to the recovery of patients.
