目的 探究人性化护理在内科重的应用及效果.方法 选取2016年3月至2017年3月间于本院就诊的126例内科患者,按照随机分组方式分为观察组和对照组,每组63例,对对照组实施常规护理方式,对观察组在实施常规护理的基础上采取人性化护理模式,对比两组患者临床治疗效果及护理满意度.结果 观察组患者护理满意度明显优于对照组,观察组患者临床治疗效果明显优于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 对内科患者实施人性化护理服务,能提高患者满意度,提高临床治疗效果,值得推广和借鉴.

Objective To explore the application and the effect of humanized nursing in internal medicine.Methods Between March 2016-March 2017 in our hospital 126 cases of medical patients,according to the grouping randomly divided into observation group and control group,63 cases in each group,the control group routine nursing,the observation group on the basis of convention-al nursing take humanized nursing mode,compared two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect and nursing satisfaction. Results The observation group was better than control group,patients nursing satisfaction observation group of patients with clini-cal treatment effect is better than the control group,P〈0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion The implementa-tion of humanized nursing in patients with medical services,can improve patient satisfaction and improve the effect of clinical treat-ment,is worth promoting and using for reference.
