安全隐患自查模式在手术室护理风险管理中的应用

The application of security risks self-examination mode in nursing risk management in operation room

目的 探究安全隐患自查模式在手术室护理风险管理中的应用.方法 选取2016年4月至2017年4月间本院收治的98例手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例,对对照组采取常规风险护理,对观察组采取常规风险护理和安全隐患自查模式相结合的方式,记录两组患者的风险风险情况发生率和患者护理满意度.结果 对比两组患者护理风险发生率：观察组6.12 %,对照组38.7%,观察组明显低于对照组,对比两组患者护理满意度：观察组97.96%,对照组87.76%,观察组明显优于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 在手术室护理风险管理中应用安全隐患自查模式,能有效减少风险情况,提高患者满意度,在临床护理实践中值得推广和应用.

Objective To explore the application of security risks self-examination mode in nursing risk management in operation room.Methods Chose 98 cases of surgical patients in our hospital between April 2016 to April 2017as the research object,random-ly divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each group,the control group take routine nursing risk,the observa-tion group adopt conventional nursing risk and safety check list mode of combining the way,record risk the risk situation of two groups of patients the incidence of nursing and patients satisfaction.Results Compared to two groups of patients the incidence of nursing risk：observation group 6.12%,38.7% in control group and observation group significantly lower than the control group, compared two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction：observation group 97.96%,87.76% in control group and observation group was better than control group,P〈0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion The application security hidden danger in the operating room nursing risk management comprehensive mode,can effectively reduce the risks,improve patient satis-faction,worthy of popularization and application in the clinical nursing practice.
