摘要
目的 探讨量化健康教育在提高脑卒中患者早期功能锻炼依从性中的应用.方法 选取2015年12月至2016年12月本院神经内科收治脑卒中功能障碍患者200例,随机等分为对照组与研究组,对照组采取传统健康教育模式,研究组采取量化健康教育模式,比较两组患者的依从性.结果 量化健康教育提高了脑卒中患者康复锻炼依从性.结论 采用量化健康教育对提高脑卒中患者康复锻炼的依从性,促进康复,增强护士的主动服务意识,提高病人满意度有着重要作用.
Objective To explore the application of quantitative health education in improving the compliance of early functional exercise for stroke patients.Methods 2015-12-2016-12 in our hospital neurology function of stroke patients with 200 cases,were randomly divided into control group and study group,the control group adopted the traditional mode of health education,the study group used quantitative model of health education,compliance were compared between the two groups.Results Health education can improve the compliance of rehabilitation training for stroke patients.Conclusion It is very important to use quantitative health education to improve the compliance of rehabilitation exercise,promote rehabilitation,enhance the consciousness of active service, and improve the satisfaction of patients.
