摘要
目的 采用国产血栓弹力图仪与进口血栓弹力图仪对临床样本进行肝素实验对比研究,验证两家公司血栓弹力图仪系统肝素实验结果相关性.方法 随机抽取肿瘤医院60例病人抽静脉血3 mL,枸橼酸钠抗凝处理.60例全部进行高岭土对比检测,其中40例进行肝素实验对比检测.结果 测定结果作相关性统计,不同仪器和试剂系统的高岭土与肝素实验结果有高度一致性.结论 国产血栓弹力图仪与进口血栓弹力图仪及高岭土和肝素试剂相关性好,国产仪器和试剂也能为临床医生提供可靠、准确、有价值的诊断依据.
Objective To compare the heparin test results of domestic and import thromboelastography （TEG）machines and re-agents.Methods In Cancer hospital,60 citrated acid blood samples were analyzed randomly by domestic and import TEG machine and reagent.40 of these 60 samples were analyzed by heparin reagents.Then were evaluated the deviation and correlation of the dif-ferent machines and reagents.Results The results of test had good relativity between domestic and import TEG machines and rea-gents.Conclusion Domestic machine and reagent can replace import machine and reagent.The test result of domestic machine can provide reliable,accurate and valuable diagnostic basis for clinic treatment.
