胃癌生物学行为与术后并发症及预后的相关性研究

Study on the relationship between biological behavior and postoperative complications and prognosis of gastric cancer

目的 探讨胃癌（GC）的生物学行为与术后并发症及预后的相关性,为患者提供更好的治疗方案提供引导.方法回顾性分析2006年4月至2012年3月间本院收治的60例有并发症的胃癌患者的基本资料以及病理资料,对胃癌生物学行为与术后并发症及预后的分析做相关性的研究.结果 GC生物学行为与术后并发症的相关性,胃癌的术后并发症的发生性别、分化程度无关（P〉0.05）,与年龄、有无淋巴结转移、是否 HP感染及T NM分期有关,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且胃癌预后与性别、年龄、HP感染、淋巴结转移无关（P〉0.05）,与胃癌分化程度及 T NM 分期有关,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 通过分析研究GC生物学行为,可早期估计胃癌的术后并发症的发生,并提早预防护理及治疗,为提高生存率提供理论基础,更好的防患于未然.

Objective To investigate the gastric cancer （gastric,cancer,GC）related complications and prognosis of the biological behavior and postoperative,provide better treatment options to provide guidance for patients.Methods a retrospective analysis of data from April 2006 to March 2012 of 60 patients admitted to our hospital with complications in patients with gastric cancer and pathological data,correlation research analysis on the biological behavior of gastric cancer and postoperative complications and prog-nosis.Results The correlation between the biological behavior of GC and postoperative complications,sex complications of gastric cancer after operation,the degree of differentiation （P〉0.05）.And with age,lymph node metastasis,whether HP infection and TNM staging,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）,and the prognosis of gastric cancer with gender,age,HP infec-tion,lymph node metastasis （P〉0.05）,and the degree of differentiation and TNM staging of gastric cancer,the difference was sta-tistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Through the analysis of biological behavior of GC can be estimated,early complications of gastric cancer after operation,and early prevention and nursing care of patients,to provide theoretical basis for improving the sur-vival rate,better nip in the bud.
