2型糖尿病及2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者血清chemerin水平的变化 被引量:9

摘要 目的 分析探讨血清chemerin与2型糖尿病(T2DM)和2型糖尿病合并非酒精脂肪肝(NAFLD)的关系.方法 随机选取本院收治的T2DM 患者72例设为T2DM组,将72例合并NAFLD的T2DM患者设为NAFLD组,另选取72名健康人群作为对照组,对比各组患者的血清chemerin水平.结果 T2DM组和NAFLD组患者的血清chemerin水平均明显高于对照组人群(P〈0.05),血清chemerin与患者的BMI、TG、HOMA-IR水平明显相关,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义.结论 血清chemerin能够利用增强机体 HOM A-IR和脂代谢紊乱而参与到糖尿病发病中,同时通过促进机体 HOM A-IR来间接参与导致非酒精性脂肪肝的发病中,因此高水平的血清chemerin可作为NAFLD的危险因素之一. Objective To investigate the relationship between serum chemerin and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM)and type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver (NAFLD).Methods 72 cases with T2DM patients randomly selected from our hospital were set for T2DM group,72 cases will merge in T2DM patients with NAFLD for NAFLD group,the other se-lected 72 healthy people as control group,comparison between groups in patients with serum chemerin level.Results The T2DM group and the levels of serum chemerin in patients with NAFLD group were significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.05), serum chemerin and patient′s BMI,TG,HOMA-apparently related to the level of IR (P〈0.05,statistically significant.Conclusion Serum chemerin can enhance the HOM A-IR and lipid metabolism disorders and participate in diabetes,at the same time,by pro-moting the body indirectly participate in HOM A-IR led to the pathogenesis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,so a high level of ser-um chemerin can be used as a risk factor for NAFLD.
