前外侧手术入路治疗复杂pilon骨折患者的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of anterior lateral surgical approach in the treatment of complex pilon fractures

目的 观察前外侧手术入路治疗复杂pilon骨折患者的临床效果.方法 采用临床资料查证对照分析方法,对本院收治的100例复杂pilon骨折患者的临床资料进行查证分析,依照治疗方法的不同,分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组60例应用后外侧入路＋前内侧双切口入路手术方治疗;对照组行传统入路手术治疗的40例患者为对照组,术后随诊半月、一月、三月,观察两组整体治疗效果.结果 治疗组患者临床治疗总有效率96.67% （58/60）明显高于对照组治疗总有效率82.50% （33/40）,并发症发生率3.33% （2/60）明显少于对照组患者17.50% （7/40）两组数据差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组术前准备时间、胫骨外侧柱复位情况明显区别于对照组,两组数据差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 前外侧手术入路治疗复杂pilon骨折患者的临疗效确切,对照传统入路具有较高的安全性和复位顺序有效性,且能够明显缩短术前准备时间时间,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of anterolateral surgical approach in the treatment of complex pilon frac-tures.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with complex pilon fractures were analyzed by clinical data.The clinical data of 100 patients with complex pilon fractures were analyzed and analyzed.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and treatment group.The patients in the control group were treated with the control group and the con-trol group.The patients in the control group were treated with the control group.The patients in the control group were treated with the control group.Results The total effective rate was 96.67% （58/60）in the treatment group and 82.50% （33/40）in the control group.The complication rate was 3.33% （2/60）（P〈0.05）.There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of anterolateral surgical approach on the treatment of complex pilon frac-tures is effective,and the traditional approach has high safety and the order of resetting,and can significantly shorten the preopera-tive preparation time and deserve clinical application.
