摘要
背景工程基坑面积较大,且挖深不一,落低深坑较多,给施工带来较大的难度。为此,针对工程周边环境特点和工程约定的工期、投资、安全目标,总承包商发挥EPC(Engineering Procurement Construction)的优势,首先从设计方面优化基坑支护体系,再在施工过程中对其关键技术不断改进,最终确保了基坑工程的顺利实施,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
The foundation pit area of background engineering is a bit larger, the depth of excavation is different, and many of them are deeper ones, which make the construction more difficult. Therefore, in view of the characteristics of surrounding environment and the arranged contract of construction period, investment, safety goal, the general contractor takes full advantages of EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction), firstly, the design optimization of foundation pit excavation support system; secondly, the continuous improvement of key technologies in the process of construction, and finally ensuring a smooth implementation of foundation pit engineering, which have achieved good social and economic benefits.
