高空作业吊篮悬挂机构的设计与有限元分析 被引量:3

摘要 以上海某超高层建筑外立面装饰施工中应用的ZPL630高空作业吊篮为例,采用有限元法分析了吊篮悬挂机构在工作状态下吊臂结构的应力状态以及斜拉钢丝绳的强度安全系数,提出了采用计算支座反力校核吊篮抗倾覆能力的方法。分析结果验证了设计的合理性,可为同类工程提供参考。 Taking ZPL630 overhead hanging basket applied to facade decorating construction of one super high-rise building in Shanghai as an example, stress state of crane jib and its strength safety coefficient of cable-stayed steel rope are analyzed by finite element method under the working condition of its suspension device, and the calculation method of end reaction for checking the antidumping capacity of hanging basket is also put forward in this paper. Finally, the analysis results show that the design is reasonable and can provide reference for similar projects.
