摘要
从后悔理论的角度研究软件外包双边匹配问题,首先提出软件外包双边评价指标体系,再基于市场环境的不确定性和客观事物的复杂性,评价信息采用实数、区间数、0~1判断型指标、三角模糊数、语言集5种类型表示;通过对不同类型信息规范化处理,根据后悔理论求出决策者感知效用矩阵,据此建立软件外包发包商和承包商满意度最大化的多目标优化模型,并通过线性加权法转换为单目标优化模型求解。最后通过实例分析表明该决策方法的有效性和合理性。
The paper researches on two-sided matching of supply and demand in IT software outsourcing from the perspective of regret theory. Firstly, the matching satisfaction degree index system of demander and vendor is proposed. Due to the uncertainty of market environment and complexity of objective things, real numbers, intervals, 0-1 judgment variables, triangular fuzzy numbers and linguistic variables are used to represent the evaluation information. Based on the different types of information standardization processing and regret theory, the DM's perceived utility value matrixes are obtained. Further, the multi-objective optimization model which maximizes the comprehensively perceived values of demander and vendor is established. Then, the bi-objective optimization model is converted into a single-objective model by using the linear weighted method. Finally, a numerical examples of ABM Company is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
