摘要
P53家族基因(p53、p63和p73)与肿瘤密切相关。为研究其相关性质,首先用Voss映射将p53家族基因的蛋白质编码序列(coding sequence,CDS)映射为数值序列;继而对数值序列进行离散傅立叶变换,并计算其功率谱;接着基于功率谱研究p53家族基因的最大功率谱、信噪比、位移偏度和三周期性强度等性质;最后利用p53家族基因的三周期性分析结果,构造其特征向量并进行分布聚类分析。结果显示,p63基因和其他两类基因的性质较为接近,而p53和p73基因的性质差异相对较大。另外,通过实例说明和比较分析的方式证明分步聚类分析对p53家族基因具有较高的有效性。
The p53 family genes (p53, p63 and p73) are closely connected with tumor. To study their related properties, firstly the protein coding sequences (CDS) of p53 family genes were mapped into numerical sequences. Secondly, discrete Fourier transform was applied to the numerical sequences and their power spectrums were calculated. Moreover, the properties of p53 family genes, such as the maximum power spectrum, signal-to-noise ratio, shift skewness and three-base periodicity’s intensity, were analyzed based on the power spectrum. Finally, according to the result of the three-base periodicity property of p53 family genes, the feature vector was constructed and the stepwise cluster analysis was applied to the genes. The result showed that the properties of p63 and other two genes are similar, while p53 and p73 genes have a significant difference. Besides, the actual cases and comparison proved that stepwise cluster analysis is of high validity for p53 family genes.
