摘要
采用接触角测定仪和栓-盘式摩擦磨损试验机分别研究了表面改性纤维织物衬垫材料的疏水疏油性能和摩擦磨损性能,并采用扫描电子显微镜对表面改性衬垫材料的表面形貌和表面化学成分进行分析表征。结果表明:在不影响纤维织物衬垫材料摩擦磨损性能的情况下,全氟辛基三氯硅烷表面改性可以增大衬垫材料表面对水或油的接触角,使得衬垫材料在油污、水汽等环境下具有良好的环境稳定性.
Hydrophobic-oleophobic property and friction-wear performance of surface-modified lining material are investigated respectively with CA-A contact angle meter and pin-on-disc friction-wear tester.Surface morphology and chemical composition of surface-modified lining material are analyzed and characterized with scanning electron microscope(SEM).The result showed that without deterioration of frictionwear performance of the fiber-fabric lining material,its surface modification with perfluorooctyl trichlorosilane can increase the surface contact angle of the lining material with water or oil and will make the lining material possess a good stability in environment of greasy dirt and moisture.
