摘要
应用在线红外设备ReactIR15,对SKQ1的合成过程进行精确的在线监测.通过对反应过程中各中间体内特殊官能团红外吸收峰的产生或消失的在线监测,进一步讨论其反应历程,确认最佳反应时间,为更好的优化SKQ1合成路线提供实验依据.
The synthetic process of SKQ1 is accurately monitored by means of online IR device ReactIR15.Through monitoring the generation or disappearance of infrared absorption peaks of special functional groups in various intermedium of reaction process,the reaction history is further discussed and the optimal reaction time is determined.All these results will provide an experimental basis for better optimizing the SKQ1 synthesis route.
