摘要
20世纪80年代中期,荷兰Comprimo公司(现更名为Jacobs公司)在突破传统观念的基础上把克劳斯反应与催化氧化反应结合在一起,成功开发了超克劳斯法硫黄回收工艺,并于1988年在规模为100 t/d的克劳斯装置上实现了工业化应用。目前全球已建成130多套超克劳斯(及优克劳斯)法硫黄回收工艺的工业装置,积累了较丰富的设计与操作经验。高效选择性氧化催化剂和高级燃烧器控制(ABC)系统是超克劳斯法硫黄回收工艺最重要的两项关键技术。近年来,超克劳斯法硫黄回收工艺正通过与富氧燃烧、动力波碱洗等新型工艺技术相结合,以应对杂质组分含量甚高的贫酸气制硫和更为严格的尾气排放要求。
In the mid 1980 s,the Compriomo company( renamed as Jacobs) from Netherland combined the Claus reaction with the catalytic oxidation reaction on the basis of the traditional concept,successfully developed the Super-Claus method and achieved industrialization on the scale of 100 t/d Claus device in 1988. At present,more than 130 industrial units of Super-Claus( and Super fine) process have been built around the world,and rich experience in design and operation has been accumulated. Highly efficient selective oxidation catalyst and advanced burner control( ABC) system are the two most important key technologies of Super-Claus process. In recent years,the Super-Claus process is combined with the new process technologies,such as oxygen-enriched combustion,dynamic wave alkali washing and so on,to deal with the lean sour gas sulfur recovery with high impurity components and more stringent tail gas emission requirements impurity components.
