摘要
以北京某市属三级甲等医院为例,对目前护士编制分布形态进行分析,提出了解决非在编护士中高级职称聘任问题的迫切性和必要性。通过对现有政策的剖析和该医院近期拟定的可实施性解决方案,为同类医院提供借鉴,并提出政府部门需尽快出台相关政策,为护士及其他非在编医务人员群体的职业发展作出明确的规划。
This article takes a tertiary city level hospital in Beijing as an example and analyzes the current distribution of budgeted post of nurses.It puts forward the necessity of solving the middle and senior titles appointment issues for nurses without budgeted post.By in-depth analysis of current policies and the practical solution by this hospital,it means to provide reference for other hospitals.It also calls for new polices and clear plan made by the government for the professional development of nurses and other health workers without budgeted post.
