全子宫切除术对女性自我形象认知的影响研究

The Research about Influencing of Hysterectomy on Female Body Image

目的了解全子宫切除术后患者的自我形象水平及其相关影响因素。方法采用一般资料问卷和"自我形象量表"对北京市某三甲医院103例全子宫切除术后1—3个月门诊复查的患者进行问卷调查,使用多元线性回归分析对患者自我形象影响因素进行分析。结果全子宫切除术后患者的自我形象总分平均为3.04±2.75分。多元回归分析显示,年龄、文化程度、是否绝经和手术方式是自我形象评分的影响因素。结论全子宫切除术后自我形象受多种因素影响,护理过程中应有针对性地制定相应的干预措施,使患者更好地应对自我形象的改变,提高患者的生活质量。

Objectives To observe the change of body image in woman who underwent hysterectomy.MethodsRetrospective research was designed for 103 patients in a hospital of Beijing.These patients were surveyed using Body Image Scale（BIS）1-3 months after hysterectomy.Results Average score of body image in women underwent hysterectomy was 3.04 ± 2.75.Multiple regression analysis showed that the age,educational level,menopause and surgery was the dependent factor of body image.Conclusions The female body image,which underwent hysterectomy was impacted of many variety of factors.These patients need interventions.Nursing process should be aimed to develop appropriate interventions to help patients face the change of body image and improve the quality of life.
