摘要
对动态校准仪在一个传递周期内产生的臭氧浓度进行测试,分析其稳定性。在一个传递周期内,通过对动态校准仪进行3次多点测试并绘制曲线,曲线的斜率和截距虽然符合要求,但相对偏差变化较大。对比2013年和2016年动态校准仪进行量值传递前产生臭氧浓度的相对误差,2016年产生臭氧浓度的相对误差整体高于2013年,稳定性随使用时间的增长而下降。跟踪测试一段时间内动态校准仪产生臭氧浓度的变化情况,总体上,动态校准仪4个月左右出现漂移。动态校准仪的稳定性随着使用时间的增加而减弱。建议对使用年限较长的动态校准仪在传递周期内适当增加传递频次或进行抽检。
The ozone concentration produced by the dynamic calibrator in one transmission period was tested and analyzed its stability. During one transmission period, conduct multi - point testing three times on the dynamic calibrator and draw the curve. The slope of the curve and the intercept meet the requirements, but the relative deviation changes greatly. Compare the relative errors of ozone concentration produced before the dynamic calibrator transmitted the value in 2013 and 2016, it is discovered that the overall relative error in 2016 is higher than that in 2013. The stability declines as the time of use increases. Track and test the changes of ozone concentration produced by dynamic calibrator in a particular period of time. In general, the dynamic calibrator begins to be unstable in four month. The stability of the dynamic calibrator declines as the time of use increases. It is suggested to increase the transmission frequency of the dynamic calibrator with long service time in the transmission period or conduct random inspection.
