摘要
通过近年来参与中南电力设计院国内电厂设计投标工作的实践经验,就环保设计文件编写过程中普遍遇到的一些主要问题提出个人的看法,便于在文件的编写过程中根据国家、地方最新的环保政策、技术规程的要求,不断完善和充实设计文件内容,提高设计文件的质量,提交一份合格的成品。
By analyzing and summing up personal experience through participation in domestic power plant bidding design work by CSEPDI in recent years, the author put forward some viewpoints about major problems which are commonly encountered during the preparation of environmental protection design documents. According to the latest requirements of national and local environmental policies, and technical guidelines to perfect and complete the files. Constantly improve and enrich the content of the design documents, improve the quality of the design documents, and submit a qualified file.
