英国学徒制改革形成的网络涉及相关者众多,覆盖了学徒制内容的主要方面。学徒制网络形成多个网络治理中心,充分发挥不同类型机构专长,实现政府远程治理。不同学徒制网络所采纳的不同治理形式,保障了学徒制网络治理的有效性。我国可以借鉴英国学徒制网络治理的有关经验,注重发挥非行政公立机构作用,对不同网络采用不同治理形式。

The apprenticeship reform in the UK has involved various stakeholders covering the main aspects of apprenticeship. The apprenticeship network has formed multiple network governance center, which can take advantage of different institutes and realize distance governance of government. Different governance modes of different apprenticeship can assure the effectiveness of network governance of apprenticeship. China can refer the beneficial experience of network governance of apprenticeship in the UK in the aspects of taking advantage of the role of non-governmental institutes and adopting different governance models for different networks.
