警察职业教育微课程体系建设——以警械武器使用微课程设计与制作为例

On Construction of Micro Curriculum System of Police Vocational Education——The Case of Design and Making of Micro Courses in Application of Police Weapons

警察在警械武器使用中存在技能掌握不熟练的情况,主要是因为警械武器相关课程欠缺规范化、教学与训练中与法律相适应的内容欠缺。鉴于微课程教学具有灵活、简单、高效等优点,设计了警察警械武器使用微课程体系,分为3个模块,60个知识点,详述微课程制作的选题——教学设计——视频录制——评价与修改——上传与反馈等流程的要点及注意事项。

The police are not always proficient in skills in the use of police weapons. The main reasons are that the courses related police weapons are not standard, and the part of teaching and training in accordance with legal content is lacked. In view of the advantages of simple, flexible and efficient of micro curriculum teaching, this article designed the micro course system for police weapon use, which contains 3 modules, 60 knowledge points, and detailed the key points and points for attention of processes of micro course making including topic selecting-instructional design-video recording-evaluation and modification-upload and feedback.
