By Using Internet thinking, to build information technology based learning envimnment with characteristic of vocational education and to launch the wise vocational education and teaching, are an effective way to improve the teaching quality of vocational education. In order to realize the wisdom teaching system in vocational education, we should grasp the technical characteristics of wisdom teaching in vocational education, define the processes of realizing wise teaching of vocational education under Intemet thinking, build wise teaching environment of vocational education according to technical scheme of wise vocational education and teaching.
