专业文化建设是高职院校专业建设的重要组成部分,关系到学校未来发展和竞争优势。在"双证融通,产学合作"的人才培养模式下,应强化专业特色,以校园文化和技能竞赛引领专业文化体系建设。强化校企产学合作,应从物质、精神、制度三个契合点融合企业文化和专业文化,从而探索一条与企业人才需求相统一的专业文化建设新途径。

The specialty culture construction is an important part of the specialty construction of higher vocational colleges, which is related to the future development and competitive advantage of the school. The paper is to explore how to strengthen the professional characteristics and lead the construction of specialty culture system with the campus culture and skills competition, based on the training mode of ＂Dual-certificate Integration, Production-education Cooperation＂. Strengthening the production and education cooperation between the enterprise and school, it is necessary to integrate the enterprise culture and specialty culture from the three aspects of material, spirit and system, so as to explore a new way of building the specialty culture which is consistent with the talent needs of enterprises.
