摘要 为研究退火温度对低牌号电工钢50W1300磁导率影响规律,通过观察试样的显微组织、织构形成特征及组分,研究了成分、组织及织构对磁导率的影响。结果表明:降低的杂质元素含量、粗大的晶粒尺寸和较低的铁损是保证获得高磁导率重要条件;退火态再结晶有利于织构组分强度的提高,能够明显提高磁导率且能获得良好的综合磁性能。 Effect of microstructure and texture on permeability of non-oriented silicon steel 50W1300 is investigated in this paper. The microstructure, texture formation and composition of samples are observed. The influences of composition, tissue and texture on permeability are studied. The results show that in order to get high permeability, low impurity element content, large grain size and low iron loss are important conditions. The favorable texture component of the annealed product is high, which can improve permeability and obtain good comprehensive magnetic properties.
