摘要 纳米材料是当前材料科学研究的前沿,它的潜在优势和应用价值受到国内外研究者的密切关注。纳米CuCr触头材料由于其优异的综合性能,在真空开关上具有广阔的应用前景。本文介绍了纳米CuCr触头材料的制备工艺,比较了几种工艺的技术特点。综述了纳米CuCr触头材料在电性能研究上取得的进展,结果表明:纳米CuCr触头材料的截流水平、抗电弧侵蚀、抗熔焊性能和耐压能力等电性能优于常规CuCr触头材料。此外,探讨了纳米技术在CuCr触头材料中应用时存在的问题。 Nano material is the hotspot and frontier in materials science research, its potential advantages and applied value have been paid attention increasingly. Nano CuCr contact materials have great application prospects in vacuum switches due to their excellent comprehensive properties. In this paper, the preparation methods of nano CuCr contact materials are introduced, and the technical characteristics of these preparation methods are compared. The progress in the study of electrical properties of nano CuCr contact materials is reviewed. According to the former research results, the electrical properties of nano CuCr contact materials are superior to conventional contact materials, which including chopping current, resistance to arc erosion, resistance to welding and dielectric withstand voltage. In addition, the problems existing in the application of nanotechnology in CuCr contact materials are discussed.
