摘要
目的研究克白颗粒的最佳成型工艺。方法用单一辅料及不同比例的混合辅料进行试验,以吸湿百分率、成型性、溶化性、流动性的综合评分为指标进行辅料筛选;用L_9(3~4)正交试验进行工艺参数的优化。结果筛选出辅料为单一辅料糊精,最佳工艺的药辅比为1∶1.3,混料时间7min,浸膏密度为1.22~1.30。结论制备工艺合理,制粒简单,为克白颗粒的生产提供试验基础。
OBJECTIVE Study on the bestmolding technology of Kebai granules. METHODS The experiment was used by a single auxiliary material and a mixture of different proportions, the selection of excipients was based on the comprehensive score of the percentage of moisture absorption, molding, melting and mobility, molding process 7minutes, extract density ( 1.22 - 1.30). CONCLUSION The preparation process is reasonable and the granula- tion is simple,which provides the experimental basis for the production of Kebai granules.
