归芪补血口服液对失血性贫血小鼠血象的影响

Effect of Guiqi Blood-enriching Oral Solution on Hemorrhagic Anemia in Mice

目的探讨归芪补血口服液对失血性贫血小鼠血象的影响。方法将72只KM小鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型组、硫酸亚铁组和归芪补血口服液高、中、低剂量组,每组12只,雌雄各半,1日灌胃1次,连续灌胃28天,给药23天后,除正常对照组外,其余组别采用尾静脉放血法,连续放血3天,造成失血性贫血动物模型,末次给药后30min取血,观察给药后各组小鼠血象指标和脏器系数。结果小鼠造成失血性贫血模型后,归芪补血口服液可显著升高血象红细胞总数、血红蛋白含量、红细胞容积、网织红细胞计数、血小板总数、白细胞总数(P<0.05),可有效抑制免疫器官的萎缩和抑制体重减轻(P<0.05)。结论归芪补血口服液有良好的补血效果,同时具有免疫器官保护作用。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of Guiqi Blood-enriching Oral Solution on hemorrhagic ane- mia mice. METHODS The 72 KM mice were randomly divided into control group, model group and Guiqi Blood- enriching Oral Solution high, medium and low dose groups, each group contained 12 animals with males and females in equal parts. Continuous gavage for 28 days was performed to all the animals once a day. For 3 days from the 23rd- 25th days,the blood of hemorrhagic anemia mice was constructed by the method of tail vein, was done for all the groups except the normal control group. 30minutes after final administration of the medicine, the hemogram indexes and weighed for calculating organ coefficients were observed. RESULTS After triggering the hemorrhagic anemic model, Guiqi Blood-enriching Oral Solution could significantly improve total RBC count, HGB content, RBC volume, reticulocyte count, total PLT count, and total WBC count （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and effectively inhibit the atrophy of immune organs as well as weight reduction （ P 〈 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION In this experimental condition indicates Guiqi Blood-enriching Oral Solution has good effects in enriching blood and protecting immune organs.
