对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯抑制空气沉降菌的研究

摘要 目的从山柰中分离对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯(EPMC),进行空气沉降菌抑菌评价。方法用乙醇提取、结晶法纯化EPMC。分别用细菌和真菌培养对比试验评价EPMC对空气沉降菌的抑制效果,用分子对接探讨抑菌机制。结果从山柰中分离到高纯度EPMC,得率为1.95%。EPMC对空气沉降菌有显著的抑制作用,其作用机制可能是抑制二氢蝶酸合成酶。结论 EPMC对空气沉降菌有显著的抑制作用。 OBJECTIVE The ethyl p-methoxycinnamte (EPMC) was extracted and purified from Kaempferia galanga, and its inhibitory effect to the airborne microbe sedimentated on plate was tested. METHODS The EPMC was extracted by reflux using ethanol as solvent. The EPMC was purified by crystallization. The inhibitory effect of the EPMC to airborne microbe sedimentated on plate was evaluated by comparative tests on bacteria and fungi culture experiments, separatedly. And its potent antimicrobial mechanism was evaluated bymolecular docking. RESULTS EPMC with high purity was extracted and isolated from Kaempferia galanga. A yield of 1.95% was obtained. EPMC significantly inhibited the the airborne microbe sedimentated on plate, andmolecular docking revealed that it might inhibit the dihydropteroate synthase. CONCLUSION EPMC was significantly inhibited the the airborne microbe sedimentated on plate.
